The shared house offers a standard bedroom in a house ( no meals included ) with other occupantsl. Students have their own set of keys. Towels and linen are provided. They are comfortable and safely located with a fully equipped kitchen and a furnished living room .The owners live in the house but have their own premise. Shared houses are no more than 30 minutes away from the school by public transport.
Starting u$s 400 per week.
This option applies for students who want more independence. All the apartments are fully equipped and are located in Belgrano, Palermo, Recoleta and Barrio Norte. Students have to give a certain sum in usd cash as a security deposit to the landlord upon arrival. This deposit will be given back after departure of the flat upon confirmation of the landlord.
With this option you will get a lot of the comfort and privacy, like you get in a hotel, but for a lower price. Apartments are convenient if you are looking for flexibility and independence during your stay in Buenos Aires. Most barrios are within easy access and visiting them is a great way to see a different face of the city.Apartments are no more than 30 minutes away from the school by public transport.
